Terms and Conditions

1. User account and security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activities carried out under your account. Agricolum may suspend or cancel accounts, deny service, or remove content when deemed necessary to protect users or the service.

2. Plans, free trial, and subscriptions

• Sign-up via agricolum.com or the app.
• Initial activation of the “2 espigas” plan for 15 calendar days at no cost.
• After the trial, if payment for the “2 espigas” or “3 espigas” plan is not completed, the “1 espiga” service (free) is activated.
• Paid subscriptions have an annual fee and, unless mandatory law provides otherwise, are non-refundable.
• To cancel, email info@agricolum.com at least 15 days before the end of the current term.
• Note: Plan names and commercial conditions may change due to updates. The applicable terms will be those displayed on the website/app at the time of purchase.

3. Permitted use

You must not use the service unlawfully or in a way that may damage, disable, or overload it, nor attempt to access areas or systems without authorisation. You may use the service in accordance with applicable law and the published functional documentation.

4. Availability and support

Agricolum will use reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and provide support. Scheduled maintenance may occasionally occur.

5. Intellectual property

The software, code, trademarks, logos, interfaces, and content of the service belong to or are licensed to Agricolum. You do not acquire any intellectual property rights by using the service.

6. Data protection and communications

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. We may send operational communications and, if you authorise it, marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Agricolum shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Agricolum’s total aggregate liability for claims related to the service will be limited, at most, to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect legal or functional changes. We will provide reasonable notice when a change is material. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless mandatory law states otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona.
